Web 2.0 Marketing.  The purpose of Web 2.0 marketing (or social media/network marketing) is to build your brand, reach a larger audience, inform your “followers” about sales, build your authority in this area, connect with your customers/potential customers, build awareness for your business, and find new customers.  Here are some possible platforms that you can utilize: Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, Yelp, and LinkedIn. 

3. Video Marketing.  Video marketing allows you to reach a larger audience (through YouTube and other video directories), brand your business, educate viewers on your products and/or services, let viewers can get to know you, brand yourself as an expert, and allow viewers to see your store and what you do.  A couple of ideas to get you going: you could create “reality” videos about your products and/or services to drive traffic to your website (and brand your business) and also create videos of customer testimonials.
